Safe Stretcher Harness
ESVAGT has developed these special straps which make it possible for two men to carry and steer a stretcher while simultaneously using their hands to hold onto rails etc. The straps therefore represent enhanced safety for the sick or injured person being carried. At the same time the stretcher harness reduces the need for personnel as only two people are needed to lift the stretcher – even in heavy seas and on stairways. Finally, the straps contribute to a good lifting position which prevents back injuries. The straps are easy to adjust, ensuring they sit well on the body.
